Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring Part-Time / FLEX Security Officers for a site at the Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant in Liberty, NC. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and involves patrolling, access control, and customer service duties.

Pay is $17.50 per hour with a quarterly attendance bonus for full participation. Ideal candidates have security or customer service experience, are physically fit, and can start with little notice.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid state licensing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Physical activities include crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly.
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject violators when needed.
• Verify credentials of incoming individuals/vehicles.
• Document and log visitors; notify residents of arrivals.
• Protect people and equipment while enforcing policies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol interior and exterior perimeters for risks.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering or prohibited items.
• Respond to distress calls and emergencies by contacting responders.
• Identify and report safety or security concerns quickly.
• Ensure reports and documents are submitted timely.
• Enforce all rules and assist management as needed.
