Job summary

Marksman Security LLC is hiring for Part-Time FLEX Security Officers at the Toyota Battery Manufacturing Plant in Liberty, NC. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, ability to respond to shifts on short notice, and prior security or customer service experience.

Officers must be physically fit to stand and walk for periods and maintain a professional demeanor. Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, managing access, monitoring CCTV and alarms, logging visitors, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Valid state licensing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Light to moderate physical activity including standing/walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
• Manage guest/visitor access and eject trespassers as needed.
• Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals and vehicles.
• Document and log visitors; notify residents of arrivals.
• Assist in protecting people and equipment and enforce policies.
• Monitor suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism and theft.
• Observe surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol interior/exterior perimeters.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, prohibited items).
• Respond to emergencies and contact first responders when needed.
• Identify and report safety or security concerns quickly.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports/documents.
