Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license for the job's state.
• Active DoD Confidential clearance.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Armed Private Investigator License preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government front desk following site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs and appointment info, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor front-desk activity and report maintenance or security concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies following procedures.
• Coordinate with building staff and leadership to maintain a professional reception area.
