Job summary

Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time to provide reliable security coverage at a designated site. You will perform customer service, enforce site policies, and respond calmly to incidents, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings.

This role offers fixed anchor shifts, a pathway to full-time hours, and access to scheduling tools for flexible work. CPR preferred and a clean background are required for employment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the site and perimeter access points.
• Monitor access activity, visitor traffic, and facility conditions; report concerns.
• Document daily activities and incidents in accordance with site requirements.
