Responsibilities include customer service to employees and visitors, routine foot patrols, access control, incident response, and detailed reporting. Minimum requirements include high school diploma and background/drug screening per law.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location, following site policies and emergency procedures as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot/vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access and verify visitor/contractor authorization per site directions, maintain orderly entry/exit.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, document activities per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate observations to leadership.
