Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and assist visitors with directions.
• Document observations and patrol activities accurately according to procedures.
