Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Baltimore, MD. This role offers flexible, anchored shifts with the possibility to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, providing dependable hours and a path toward full-time opportunities within the industry leader.

The position emphasizes customer service, situational awareness, and adherence to site policies, with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour and a schedule that includes day and night hours.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies and requests for assistance within a healthcare residential setting.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization as required, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
