Pay rate is $22.50 per hour with a required minimum of one year security experience. The position supports part‑time schedules and potential progression toward full‑time roles, while providing essential security services across client sites.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as per law.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare and research facilities, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and maintain logs.
• Document incidents and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
