Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Control access for vehicles, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with established site procedures, escalating irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including facility entry points and perimeter areas, to identify and report security-related concerns and help to deter unauthorized activity.
