Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Proficient with computers or tablets and basic software.
• Background in customer service and a customer-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner with escalation as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas including entrances, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
