Job summary

Allied Universal in Pittston, PA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Entry Authorization. This role offers a fixed part-time schedule with opportunities to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform, and a pay rate of $19.50 per hour.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, access-control experience, and customer service background. The job includes day-to-day access control duties at a retail distribution site and requires basic computer or tablet

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
Experience with access-control and badge systems preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
Control access to restricted areas and communicate concerns to site contacts.
Respond to incidents and emergencies following reporting procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter areas.
