Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for incidents, patrols, observations, and other security-related activities.
