Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Westfield, MA to provide reliable, flexible hours with the option to pick up additional shifts. This role supports customers, shoppers, and staff while following site-specific security procedures and emergency plans.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to increase earnings through our Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, associates and visitors while following security procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations to store leadership.
• Assist with access control and document incidents per procedures.
