Qualifications

• Minimum: armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Minimum: security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Pepper spray certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors at public transportation locations while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, stations, and surrounding areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and according to reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors, reporting any concerns.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately in site records.
