Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, assisting with access control and reporting policy violations.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate findings to site leadership.
