Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge procedures is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors through access control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain access records per site policy.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entryways, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Communicate incidents and daily activity to site personnel and leadership.
