Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, access points and perimeter.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, facility conditions and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicating professionally with staff and visitors.
