Qualifications

• Willing to receive required hospital vaccines.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly.
• Conduct routine and random patrols of hospital areas to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per policy to maintain order.
• Complete activity reports and shift communications timely and accurately.
