Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and hotel staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular patrols of hotel areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or policy violations.
• Document incidents and shift activities clearly and communicate to management.
