Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks will be conducted per law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific security procedures, front desk policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the healthcare location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow escalation procedures.
• Answer calls, provide information and directions, and support communication between visitors, staff, and responders.
• Report unusual activity or access concerns to designated personnel.
