This site-based position offers flexible hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

The role emphasizes front desk duties, access control, visitor handling, and emergency response.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff at the site.
• Monitor access to the healthcare location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and escalate to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Answer calls, provide information and directions, and assist communication between visitors and staff.
• Report unusual activity or policy violations to designated personnel.
