Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees via access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, logs, and restricted areas per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, notifying site contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, loading and parking areas, and perimeter.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain records for incidents and security observations.
