This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling flexible hours and earnings.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per laws.
• Drug screen per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a manufacturing/industrial site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Document logs, reports, and shift activities accurately.
