Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, manage visitor access, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach and coordinate with site personnel and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify concerns.
• Report unusual activity and hazards through required communication channels.
