Qualifications

• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or a college degree.
• At least one year of security‑related experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 18+ (21+ for armed roles).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government location.
• Respond to incidents and inquiries calmly following reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with documenting visitor/incident information.
• Communicate with site personnel and leadership about incidents and operational needs.
