Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by enforcing site policies and security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
