Allied Universal in Indianapolis is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver with DoD Secret clearance. The role offers reliable fixed shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts through our platform.

Pay rate is $24.51/hour, with a flexible schedule designed to provide income stability and growth opportunities. The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include active DoD Secret clearance.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols in retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter, reporting hazards.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Monitor access points and support the flow of visitors, employees, vendors, and deliveries.
• Document observations and incidents accurately and relay information to leadership.
