Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public by carrying out site-specific procedures and maintaining a professional environment at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, employee, and contractor credentials per site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and coordinate with relevant personnel or responders.
• Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and daily logs.
