Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exits, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed; report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow protocols.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols and shift activities for Allied Universal leadership.
