Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time at HOPE, AR. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts, and weekly pay for flexible, reliable hours.

The position supports customer service, access control, and incident response at a food and beverage production site. Pay is $17.00 per hour, with a potential path toward a fuller schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver’s license in the job state.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security-related procedures at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and perimeter.
• Monitor access to designated areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Observe and report unusual conditions and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
