Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Enhanced Patrol Driver at Hope, AR. You will perform fixed-shift security duties, access control, and on-site patrols, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Ideal candidates bring a valid driver's license, customer service experience, and comfort using a computer or tablet. Competitive hourly pay and weekly pay are offered in a respectful, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-area access points, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports as required.
Observe and report unusual conditions, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
