Job summary

Allied Universal in Springdale, AR is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Screener. This role offers a fixed anchor shift with six-month commitment, plus the option to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour, with a schedule that includes a Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift and plenty of opportunities to work additional hours as available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and materials per access-control requirements.
• Monitor screening equipment and inspect belongings, packages, and vehicles; escalate prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with site personnel and leadership.
• Maintain screening logs, access records, and incident documentation; patrol assigned areas.
