Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols at the retail location.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations and hazards to deter theft.
• Document incidents and patrol activities per site procedures and Allied Universal rules.

Responsibilities
