Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Honolulu, HI. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform, providing reliable hours and the potential to increase earnings.

The position requires a customer-focused security professional who can perform patrols, access control, and incident response at a luxury retail location. A Guard Card is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

Guard Card/License preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as a condition of employment.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter spaces.
Monitor access points and assist with managing visitor, contractor, and delivery access according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and customer concerns calmly and promptly to notify appropriate contacts or emergency services.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately for leadership and client representatives.
