Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Alarm Panel Experience preferred.
• Customer Service Experience preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to guest requests, incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and assist with orderly movement of guests, visitors, vendors, and employees per site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate to leadership and site representatives.
