Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time Driver Alarm Console in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to earn more.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour and work includes day and night schedules at an assigned site. The position emphasizes customer service, security procedures, and incident response with potential for progression to full-time hours up to 40 per week.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• License requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents and escalate concerns per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access, verify credentials, and maintain logs and reports.
• Communicate professionally and follow site-specific protocols.
