Allied Universal® in Crystal Springs, MS is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Coordination to provide reliable, flexible security coverage at a designated site. Earn $13.00 per hour with fixed anchor shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

This role emphasizes customer service, access control, and proactive security monitoring, with a schedule that includes day and night shifts and the potential to progress toward a full-time

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-control records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to unauthorized access attempts, alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Support the protection of industrial operations by monitoring vehicle and material movement, following shipping and receiving access procedures, and documenting observations and incidents in required reports.
