Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Door Control in Crystal Springs, MS. This flexible role offers reliable hours at a manufacturing/industrial site with options to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings.

Pay rate is $13.00 per hour with a fixed shift and an option to claim extra shifts via the scheduling platform. The position supports part-time availability and potential progression toward full-time opportunities within the industry leader.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while enforcing site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and control access to authorized areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations with calm problem-solving and escalation as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility grounds, parking areas, perimeter locations, and access points.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and communicate information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
