• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel with site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and control access to authorized areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, parking areas, and access points to identify security concerns.
• Maintain access-control logs and incident documentation and report to site contacts.
