Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Screen personnel, visitors, deliveries, and permitted items in accordance with location policies; verify ID and access requirements.
• Monitor entry points and report suspicious activity or access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner following established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
