• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow site procedures and security protocols.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents with calm problem-solving and proper escalation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, restricted areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
• Complete reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
