Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories per laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen per law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate security-related logs and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding site conditions, incidents, and policy concerns.
