Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol in Charleston, WV. You will monitor and safeguard tenants, shoppers, employees, and visitors, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and delivering courteous customer service.

The role offers flexible shift options on our Claim a Shift platform, an hourly pay rate of $15.50, and opportunities for career growth. Requirements include passing a background check and drug screen; CPR is preferred and prior security or customer

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law; compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations.
• Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, access issues, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Assist with access control, visitor direction, and traffic or parking-related needs while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.
