Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required in the state of Texas.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply for certain positions.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors and drivers at a utilities location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and maintain logs.
• Control entry and exit in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access-control areas and perimeter locations.
