Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors per access control procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain logs of access activities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry procedures, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, access issues, and unusual activity.
