Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Courtesy Patrol in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide customer service, deter incidents with visible patrols, and maintain a secure environment at a manufacturing/industrial location.

As a valued member of our team, you will engage with employees and visitors, document activities, and support a safe workplace using tablet-based tools. The role offers flexible evening schedules and opportunities across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Monitor access by observing personnel and visitors and verify authorization.
• Document incidents and patrol activities in accordance with reporting requirements.
