Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening are required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and location policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail store site and surrounding areas.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; assist with access control and loss prevention procedures.
• Document observations and incidents promptly; communicate information to store leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
