• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and actions.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, helping to deter theft and unauthorized activity.
• Communicate with store personnel, visitors, and local emergency responders as needed while following site procedures.
