Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Emergency Assistant in Jacksonville, FL. This role provides reliable hours at a designated site with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will perform access control, patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response within a healthcare location, maintaining safety and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• State/city licensing preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors and follow site procedures.
• Conduct unarmed patrols of healthcare locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow protocols.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity documentation.
