Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Residential Property Patrol in New York. This part-time enhanced role provides fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

The position pays $17.00 per hour with daytime and evening hours, requiring a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a background check. You will perform unarmed patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver customer service at client sites.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law; assessments vary by state.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by client site.
